With more than 12 years of expertise, Kate Parsons PCC, CRS serves as a Leadership & Recovery Coach, specializing in collaborating with professionals and executives navigating high-pressure scenarios. Her focus is on stress management, substance use disorder, narcissist abuse and enhancing overall well-being.

Drawing from personal experience, Kate understands the common tendency to resort to unproductive coping strategies during life stressors, posing a threat to success. Fueled by a deep passion, she dedicates herself to aiding entrepreneurs in initiating and enhancing their businesses, guiding them in recognizing their strengths, opportunities, and areas primed for growth.
Kate is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) from the PA Certification Board. She studied Alcohol & Drug Counseling at Villanova University and is a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach.

Before founding her coaching practice, Kate served in the pharmaceutical industry for 34 years. In this extensive career, she garnered rich expertise in leadership, coaching, and mentoring. Kate also spearheaded intricate, large-scale, enterprise-wide technology programs. Having resided in London for five years, she possesses hands-on experience in overseeing the delivery of IT services across Europe, Asia, and Africa, providing her with a deep understanding of diverse cultures.
